Led by real estate and credit union visionaries Mike Corn, Tina Powers and Craig Davis, CU Realty is revolutionizing the CU real estate services business.



Mike Corn

CEO and Co-Founder
Mr. Corn is an entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in credit union and real estate related ventures as well as technology start-ups; His real estate ventures include golf course and residential real estate development. Prior to co-founding CU Realty in 2001, he was the founder and president of MC2, a Phoenix-based firm delivering high-level IT design, development, project management and outsourcing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies such as American Express, Motorola, Allied Signal, Intel and Wells Fargo. MC2 was sold to Compuware in 1997. He received his B.A. from Cornell University in 1973. Mr. Corn is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Arizona.



Tina Powers

COO
Mrs. Powers is an accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in residential real estate, including sales, management and the development/implementation of transaction management systems. Prior to joining CU Realty as a start-up in 2001, she managed the top sales team at RE/MAX Integrity Realtors, responsible for training, motivation, business strategy and systems implementation. In 1999, her team was named the #2 TEAM for the Southwest Region of RE/MAX International. In her role at CU Realty, Mrs. Powers has been instrumental in helping credit unions establish and build real estate agent relationships. She obtained her Arizona real estate license in 1991 and began her real estate career with Century 21. She is also a licensed Broker in the state of California.



Craig Davis

Broker and Co-Founder
Mr. Davis is an experienced Real Estate Entrepreneur and Investor. Prior to co-founding CU Realty, as Founder & FINOP, he was responsible for managing the organization, marketing and administration of GRH Securities, Inc., an NASD Broker/Dealer. GRH syndicated numerous Real Estate Limited Partnerships and acted as the private placement agent for Embassy Suites, which raised over $150,000,000 from Investors. Mr. Davis has syndicated various land acquisitions, restaurants and golf courses. He began his career in real estate in 1974, listing and selling homes in the Phoenix area and obtained his State of Arizona Broker's License in 1979. In addition, he currently holds Brokers licenses in the states of Colorado, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, New Mexico and Alabama.
